Congratulations to the winners in the Mindanao Wide Computer Programming Competition during the Mindanao IT Olympiad held at the Ateneo de Davao University, Davao City on December 8, 2007.
The winners were the following:
1st Placer: Ateneo de Davao University
2nd Placer: University of Immaculate Conception
3rd Placer: UP Mindanao
The contest was participated by 30 teams from four (4) schools in Region 12 and 17 schools in Region 11.
Congratulations to the Council of Deans in IT Education XI, through the leadership of Engr Chrys Ibarra, for the job well done and to the Computer Science Division of the Ateneo de Davao University, through Mr. Edwin Marañon, for hosting the competition.
Also, congratulations to PSITE XI, through Dr. Randy S. Gamboa, and the Commission on Higher Education XI, through Dr. Maricar Casquejo, for their undying support and cooperation.
