The training is participated by 23 participants from different countries in Asia - 1 from Malaysia, 3 from Mongolia , 8 from the Philippines, 4 from Thailand, 5 from Vietnam and 2 from Myanmar.
The 3-week training is aimed to enhance the participants' capabilities as SW instructors so that they can implement training programs related to the exam and develop practical SW courses
in their countries, and to acquaint participants with presentation skills and methods of drawing up course and planning documents as well as teaching materials. Training expenses are subsidized by the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) and partly by the participants. The Program for Software Design and Development Engineer Examination in Asian Countries (SWIT) is conducted at the AOTS Tokyo Kenshu Center (TKC).
